Watch for fake tokens
Tokens using the Merlin name have already been launched by others. A token name or ticker proves nothing: anyone can copy them. Only trust the contract address posted on our website and X.
Merlin will never
- ask for your private key or seed phrase
- ask you to send funds to "verify" or "unlock" anything
- DM you first offering support, airdrops or presales
- hold or move your funds
How Merlin is built
- Merlin only reads your rules and public contract data. It cannot move funds, so it cannot drain a wallet.
- Connecting your wallet shares only your public address.
- API keys for data providers stay on Merlin's servers, never in the browser.
- The token uses Programmable's published launch-protection contracts, unchanged, with no owner or admin key.
- Merlin's own onchain enforcement hook (roadmap phase 4) goes through a full external audit before it reaches mainnet.
